Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you signed up via Cladwell.com:

If you’ve never used your Cladwell subscription, you can get a full refund and cancel your first payment within 14 days of original purchase.

Refunds do not process automatically. To request a refund, email us here. Make sure to let us know what email address you used to sign-up.

If you signed up for Cladwell via Apple App Store, or Google Playstore:

Cladwell is unable to refund any payment or cancel for you.

Unfortunately, Apple and Google make all apps in their App Store request refunds through them, rather than the company. We don't agree or like this, but unfortunately, we have no control and encourage you to let Apple and Google know your opinion.

You can cancel via Apple App Store and Google Playstore as well as request a refund from Apple and Google's support center.
