DELETING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS.
To cancel your account, you first need to be able to find your account and login via the app or the web.
If you are already logged in, click on your profile photo on the top right, scroll down to the subscription area, and change or cancel your subscription there.
Please make note that it's possible you have multiple accounts with Cladwell (via different email addresses or from signing in via a social login like facebook or apple). You also could have a subscription from an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or through our payment processor Stripe for web sign ups.
For App Store subscriptions, you will need to cancel directly with the app store, unfortunately, we cannot cancel for you. To do this for Apple subscriptions:
- Go to the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
- Choose iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in or use Touch ID).
- Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
- Tap the Cladwell subscription and opt to cancel.
For Web subscriptions, you can cancel via the app or the website (https://app.cladwell.com).
If you forgot your password, you can use the forgot password at https://app.cladwell.com click login, then forgot password and a reset password will be sent to your email if you have an account.
If you still cannot find your subscription, please send us all your possible email addresses, the last 4 of your card number that is being charged, and the last two transactions with dates and amounts and a billing specialist will be assigned to review your account.
