This is very frustrating and only happens if you subscribed via iTunes as an in-app purchase. Apple states that you must cancel 24 hours before the trial ends. Yes, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do about it, and it doesn't make any sense to us. We strongly recommend submitting a request for a refund through Apple (yet another thing we don't have control over if a user subscribes through iTunes).
If you see a charge of $15 or $21 from "Cladwell" on the same day that you signed up for a free trial to Cladwell Daily Outfits (the iOS app), that means an additional account was created at cladwell.com for Capsules ($15) or Roadmap ($21). If that's the case, send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we'll get that accidental account cancelled and refunded right away.
