If you signed up for Cladwell and your Apple ID was charged before the 7-day free trial was over, it's likely that your account has already used a Cladwell free trial in the past. Apple only allows one free trial per account attached to an Apple ID.
You can check the status of your Apple ID Cladwell subscription by following the steps below:
Go to the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
Choose iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in or use Touch ID).
Tap Subscriptions.
Under Subscriptions, tap Cladwell.
Unfortunately, Cladwell is unable to refund Apple payments. If you were charged without a free trial and would like to request a refund, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support, as someone there may be able to help.
